- 2025 historical actuals are now authoritative from the JA25 accountant package: EUR 245,359.76 total revenue, EUR 140,000 MSB revenue, EUR 105,359.76 other revenue.
- The prior EUR 0.5m line is no longer treated as a proven historical revenue floor. It is call-gated as a 2026 management target or repeat-plus-expansion assumption.
- AI Knowledge Services, Intelligence Rooms, Watchdesks, Diligence Sprints, and strategic programs remain incremental proof/expansion revenue, not historical actuals.
- RESIHLOG / InnoZ materials support project substance and future opportunity, but grant/application values are not secured revenue.
Release discipline: this remains a review/update surface. External investor circulation is gated by Lippold/accountant confirmation, management approval, counsel/finance review, and claims proof.
